A Time Of Peace | Rob John | Blog

When everything else is loud around us a moment of quietness will come which will bring clarity, and a great peace of mind.

As the world turns each day there's so much going on. So much loud disturbances, and a total disaster of mayhem. Day by day most people are on there phones being entertained by things in the social media world, and in all of this where is the peace ? Whatever happened to just staying still, and taking a moment to breathe in the air that God gave us, and really experiencing the breath of life ? When everything else is loud around us a moment of quietness will come which will bring clarity, and a great peace of mind. These are the words that just came to mind, and should be the motto in our lives. You see there's going to be a lot of times in our day when loudness, and distributions will come, and try to distract us especially from our purpose, and so forth, but just know when we keep focus on what's right then this can lead to tremendous peace.

Not a single moment of quietness yet to be heard...

I mean we see the things that happening in our daily life routines, it could even be at the workplace, and you know how the general work environment can be very loud. You have to deal with loud co workers yelling with profanity, you might even hear papers shuffling, the factory machines going off, loud angry customers if you work in retail, the work phones ringing non stop, and even on our phones as I mentioned earlier, people watching Instagram reels, YouTube videos of funny, memes, and nonchalant internet shenanigans blasting through there smart phone speakers. Not a single moment of quietness yet to be heard. Not a moment of stillness happening so we could gather our thoughts, and get back on the right track in life. Instead we live in a society of loudness, and distractions. Not to mention going home to the family, and as you start to walk in the house you hear the kids yelling, your wife or husband coming to you, and complaining about dinner, right after coming home from a long loud day of work. Right in this very moment you start to say to yourself ahhh! Can I just relax right now ? Can I just come home to a nice peaceful house without everyone yelling at me?

I know, crazy right ? The average modest human will say these words, and they'll hope for a moment of peace. Don't worry a great peace of mind will come to you when you least expect it. Just keep doing what you're doing in life, and things will eventually quiet down. Especially when you walk with God, it's as if He will cause you to walk through all the loudness of the world, and still bless you to keep your peace right in the midst of mayhem. Remember when the great loud storm happened, and the disciples of Christ began to panic ? They heard the loud winds, the boisterous thunder, the wooden boat crackling, and through all of this who did they see coming to them walking peacefully on the water ? Well many of you guessed right, and heard this great story. They saw Jesus walking to them, and He simply told the storm to "Be Still" and He also told His disciples " Do Not Be Afraid ! " This is a great principle, and moral to live by.

You see worldly peace is just for a moment but the peace of God will last forever !

At times in life sometimes we just have to tell the loudness, distractions , and noisey people to be still. These same dilemmas in our lives are like the loud storm the disciples experienced, but we have to learn to muster up the courage, and faith, and tell these storms in our life to be still. When you focus on God Dailey, and really do His will for your life then He can give you a great peace that no other man can give you. I'm not talking about worldly peace. You see worldly peace is just for a moment, and its only temporary but the peace of God will last forever, and this is the same peace we should strive for each day in our lives. So if you're going through a moment of chaos in your life now just remember to be still, in that very second, Focus on God who brings Peace, remember who you are, and why you are the great soul that you are. When you do this you will see the great peace with in your self.
